Credits are an allowance for using Salonfeed. They are not money, they cannot be cashed out or transferred, and they do not carry over — each month starts at the full allowance again. There is no way to buy extra credits: if a month runs short, the only move is a bigger plan, and you can go back down whenever you like.
Paid plans renew automatically at the same price until cancelled. Cancelling takes one click on your billing page and the plan stays usable until the end of the period you have already paid for. There is no free trial that turns into a charge — Free simply stays free.

A typical week on the Week plan is one planning pass, seven pieces with a few of them redone, and two clips — around 145 credits. The 700 a month leaves room to change your mind repeatedly, which is what people actually do.

Clips only unlock once a week’s pieces are locked. There is no route from a rough idea straight to a clip, on any plan — a clip is made from a still you have already approved.
No free trial
Free is a standing free plan. It does not convert into a paid one, it does not ask for a card, and it will never charge you. If you want a paid plan you choose one.
Cancel in one click
From your billing page, any time. You keep the plan until the end of the period already paid for. Details in the refund policy.
Tax and payment
Where tax applies it is shown separately before you pay. Payment is handled by our payment provider over an encrypted connection; we never see or store your card details.

The awkward ones first
No, and this is the one thing worth being blunt about. A before-and-after is a claim about what happened to somebody’s body. It needs their face or their skin in frame, it needs their genuine permission, and in most places it counts as advertising an outcome — which brings a set of rules a busy salon should not have to become expert in.
Ask for one and the planner will say no and offer something else: the shade you used, the tools you used, the state of the room. In practice those posts do the same job. People read care from the objects.
